Returns:

What do I do if I receive the wrong books in a shipment?

If you receive the wrong book(s) in a shipment, please email us at sales@AlhamdPublishers.com for instructions on how to proceed.


What is your return policy?
We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees) for your purchase if you:
> Return new books, unopened CDs, cassettes, VHS tapes, DVDs and other products in their original condition.

> Include the packing slip of the package you received.

> Mail your return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.
We shall have no obligation to refund or return any items we receives that are not in compliance with these three requirements.

> Ship all returns with packing slip enclosed to:
Alhamd Publishers LLC, 3131 Roberts Ave., Culver City, CA 90232. USA

We recommend shipping all returns via a traceable carrier (UPS, FEDEX, DHL) and retaining the carrier's tracking number until you receive your credit or refund. We regret that we cannot assume any responsibility for un-received returns shipped via a non-traceable carrier (USPS).

Important Notes:

Returns made to Alhamd Publishers will be credited only in the form of the original payment method.

> Only products purchased directly from Alhamd Publishers LLC are covered by the Returns Policy above. We do not give refunds for books purchased from other sellers.

> The cost of postage for all returns is the responsibility of the consumer.

> Refunds cannot be issued for any prepackaged products that are returned opened or have obvious signs of use (unless they are found to be defective).


* When will my account be credited for returns?
We will issue a refund to your credit card upon receipt of merchandise in original, undamaged condition within 30 days of the sale.

Shipping:

* Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?
Our normal delivery days are Monday - Friday. Delivery days are based on the schedule of our carriers.

How can I track my order?
Once an item in your order becomes available for shipping, we will send you a notice that the item has shipped. If the shipping method you chose provides tracking, the email notification will contain the tracking information.

* Will you ship to non-US addresses?
At this time, we will only ship to addresses in the continental United States and Canada. For other locations, please call.
